Faculty Advisor: Ms. Bonnie Stokes

The WTMS Broadcast airs every Monday morning in place of the usual announcements. It provides the students and teachers of Tchefuncte Middle School with events and information for the week to come. News broadcast anchors are students from sixth grade classes.

The students on the S.W.A.T.T. (Students Working to Advance Technology at Tchefuncte) team produce the broadcast. They film events then edit the footage in preparation for the broadcast. The students set up the broadcast room with props and backdrops. To be on the S.W.A.T.T. team, students must be familiar with computers and be able to be trusted with all of the equipment. The S.W.A.T.T. team meets at 2:00 PM in Ms. Stokes’ classroom.
