Gator Bank is an activity at Tchefuncte Middle School that gives students a chance to learn how to save their money in a bank. This program is sponsored by Capital One. At T.M.S.,  bank day is the first Tuesday of every month. This is when students have a chance to deposit their money in a savings account. Any student at T.M.S. can participate by filling out a bank application. To learn how to deposit money, teachers give students banking lessons. Each year, bank tellers are chosen to help other students deposit their money. There is no fee to join. The maximum amount students can deposit is $20.00 per month. Students can join Gator Bank at any time.
