Continental Math League is a national competition of problem solving skills that is given to 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. Once a month, from November to March, students take a timed test. Each grade is a team and the top six scores for each meet are sent to the CML headquarters. Continental Math League then sends each school a list of the top school scores, cumulative team scores, and top student scores. At the end of the year, the student with the best score in each grade receives a medal, and the students with high scores receive a certificate. Students from Mrs. Kitchen's sixth grade gifted class say "Continental Math League is challenging, mind boggling, and fun!"
